Pacific Technologies & Solutions LLC (PTS), a subsidiary of Manawa Kupono is an 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization, that provides Information Technology services which may include systems, network analysis and cyber security managed services. 



We are currently seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer for Anchorage, AK (Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson). 



Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of SIPR/NIPR network enclave system security posture, for example A&A (Authorization & Assessments) and CCRI (Command Cyber Readiness Inspection) preparation. 
• Provide guidance, mitigation recommendations and familiarization to personnel on Cyber Security to include prepare/advise, pre-, post- and during- inspections. 
• Maintain accreditation at a level consistent with the Customer and Department of Defense requirements.
• Create comprehensive DIACAP or RMF products for the Theater circuits/enclaves via eMASS as required.
• Assist the Government customer in the creation, consultation, revision, finalization, submission of the deliverables for DIACAP and RMF. For DIACAP:
• System Identification Profile (SIP)
• DIACAP Implementation Plan (DIP)
• System Topology
• DIACAP Scorecard
• Security Validation Report
• Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)
• For RMF deliverables:
• System Security Plan
• Ports Protocol Services Matrix (enclave)
• Artifacts for control validation (STIG results, Policies, Scans, Charters, etc, unit provided)
• Plan of Actions and Milestones
• System Topology
• 6.1.2 Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) Products
• Creates CCRI score and Risk Assessment Report using DISA CCRI Scoring and Risk Assessment tools.



Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Current DoD 8570 Certification at the IAT III Level
• Experience with DoD, DISA, NIST, NIAP processes
• Working knowledge of DoD approved Scanning tools such as ACAS
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, etc.)
• Familiarization of End Point Security Point Product requirements
• Ability to analyze, and develop cyber vulnerability information into a presentation
• In-depth experience with DISA STIGs and by-product analysis
